You found the home of your dreams, and everyone in your family is excited to buy it.  Your children are especially excited with the idea of playing on the large play set in the backyard.  You make your offer – it’s accepted, and now it’s move-in day.  How exciting!  Your children are more than eager to show you what they can do on that swing…

Only thing is… The play set is not there.  The sellers took it with them.
